Terms & Conditions that you understand and agree to when you place an order with Chef Ruwan:

Cost: depends on the size/filling/decoration of cake that you choose, tax is included.
Delivery Fee: depends on where you are located, we will let you know charge when you book.
Lead Time: I need one week advance notice to create your cake
Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of ordering.
Payments: I accept cash, Paypal, or check. A $50 fee applies for all returned checks.
Orders: will NOT be filled if the deposit has not been paid.
Real Flowers: if you require real flowers on your cake please be sure to arrange that with your florist.
Final payment: due one week before the event date or at pick up/delivery.

Allergy: products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
Heat: direct sunlight and temperatures of 75°F and higher may have drastic and adverse effect on any cake.

GUARANTEE:
Chef Ruwan promises you the best product, ingredients, and service we can provide. It is always my goal to more than satisfy you.
I will be NOT be held responsible should any damage occur to your cake after delivery/pick up is completed.

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the www.bigcitycakes.com site and various related services (together referred to as the “Site”). Big City Cakes and Chef Ruwan, the provider of the Site (referred to as “us” or “we”), is committed to protecting your privacy online.
