With over 20 years experience serving delicious cuisine and sumptuous desserts in Los Angeles. Clients include celebrities, politicians, execs, schools, City of LA, and I’ve even served the Queen of England!
I have traveled the globe, my dishes are an eclectic mix of cuisines from American comfort food, Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian, Sri Lankan, Austrian, Bavarian, whatever style and flavors you need. I cater to all dietary needs; vegetarian, vegan, carb-free, gluten free, nut free, carb-free, Jewish, and more options are available.
Everything is made from scratch in my commercial kitchen in Culver city using only the freshest ingredients, many sourced from the local farmers markets, dishes are delivered ready to serve, to your event or home.
I also am a private in-home chef available on a daily basis if needed.
I studied at The Culinary Institute of America at the Greystone Manor in Saint Helena, CA, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world.

I worked as a pastry chef and the salad chef at Seehotel Hubertus in Germany, a hotel situated between Frankfurt and Switzerland. My brother was the head chef and his culinary skills in German cooking were top notch, he taught me how to do a black forest cake (Swartzwalder Kirsch torte) with real cherries and kirsch water (cherry liquor).
